Standard Cartridge Heaters
High Density Thunderbolt Cartridge Heaters
are designed for use in close tolerance holes for application of a high concentration of heat. These
heaters are ideal for heating solids in a limited amount of space. Units are available in diameter from 3/16" to 1 1/4" depending
on type. Product is Underwriters Labs recognized, including Canadian Recognition.

Construction Features:
- Standard Cartridge Heater diameters: 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 15/16", 1", 1 1/4"
- High Density Thunderbolt Heater diameters: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4"
- Diameters are precision sized for optimum heat transfer when inserted into a reamed hole
- High temperature, corrosion resistant sheath
- Premium grade electrical insulating materials for maximum operating temperature and long life
- High temperature 10" long leads (leads are connected externally on Thunderbolt units and internally
on standard units)
